Temporary Office Administrator – Stroud
£25,000 (Pro Rata) | Great Company | Exciting Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Office Administrator to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment and administration and wants to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (50%)
o Attract and recruit science graduates directly from universities
o Build relationships with university careers services and attend career fairs
o Manage the full hiring process—from job ads to interviews and onboarding
2. Administration (30%)
o Support the CTO with daily admin tasks like scheduling, emails, and document management
o Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
o Provide occasional personal admin support to Directors
3. Finance Support (20%)
o Assist with invoices, expenses, and budgets
o Liaise with external accountants and maintain financial records
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in recruitment, ideally targeting university graduates
* Strong organisation and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (accounting software experience is a plus)
