Main duties of the job Your key responsibilities will include: o Policy Development: Establishing and maintaining service transition policies, processes, and procedures for the organisation.o Project Leadership: Delivering service transition activities for highly complex programmes of work, utilising industry-standard methodologies and best practices.o Documentation: Leading the creation and delivery of service transition documentation, including drafting and preparing essential documents.o Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing all aspects of delivery within the service transition function and providing regular, detailed reports.
