UK-Solihull PRIMIS Mortgage Network is one of the UK largest mortgae and insurance networks. Based within our Solihull head office we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide coprehensive PA support to our Managing Director. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including email and diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential documentation. As the Executive Assistant, you will coordinate activities such as meeting schedules, minute-taking, agenda production, and assisting with key events. Additionally, you will manage the logistics of various financial services committees and be responsible for reconciling monthly credit card, mileage, and cash claims. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining relationships with senior internal and external contacts and producing reports on a regualr basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a high standard of communication, and experience in executive support. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and be comfortable managing confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential, along with the ability to manage a busy workload efficiently.
