Overview
We are recruiting for Client Fund Manager to join our growing Finance team. As part of our team, you will lead financial operations, oversee client money management, conduct internal and external audits, and engage with industry leaders. You will also be responsible for processing and validating payments, performing complex reconciliations and data analysis, and maintaining and enhancing processes to meet evolving requirements.
How you'll make an impact
* Oversee Client Money management to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial transactions
* Conduct both internal and external audits to uphold the integrity and transparency of our financial practices
* Process and validate payments with precision to maintain smooth financial operations
* Perform complex reconciliations and data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making
* Participate in meetings with clients and insurers to foster strong relationships and address any concerns
In addition, you will:
* Maintain and enhance processes to meet evolving requirements by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with industry standards
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders on projects and inquiries, providing financial expertise and support to drive successful outcomes
* Become an expert in claim systems and processes, leveraging your knowledge to optimise operations and deliver exceptional service
About You
* Ability to prioritise and organise team workload to meet deadlines
* Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
* Proficiency in crafting effective written and verbal communications to convey information clearly and professionally.
* Experience in insurance and/or claims management is a plus, providing valuable insights and expertise to the role
* Competent Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
* Eligible to work in the UK
