We are looking for a targets-driven and experienced Sales & Service Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our New Business & Renewals teams. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and work closely with the wider teams to ensure successful client delivery and improved performance across the teams. This will be an onsite role at our Tunbridge Wells office.
How you'll make an impact
* Manage the new business and renewals teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional sales and service performance.
* Oversee stakeholder management and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Implement and drive KPIs to achieve sales and service targets.
* Provide coaching and support to team members, developing individual coaching plans to improve performance.
* Utilise data analysis to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure the interpretation of management information (MI) to drive performance.
About You
* Previous experience in people management, preferably in a call centre environment or wider insurance industry.
* Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
* Proven success in coaching team members to achieve high performance.
* Excellent performance management skills.
* Ability to effectively interpret and utilise management information (MI).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
