* This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the heart of our organisation, providing the ‘best in class’ customer service to our retail customers in one of our stores.
* This role gives you the autonomy to run and grow the store, as well as the chance to network with others, learn and develop, whilst promoting our brand and values in the community.
* You will be responsible for making the store a success and ensuring it meets its sales targets by participating in activities such as national promotions.
* Working as part of a hardworking and close-knit team, you will lead by example and take pride in you and your team's work and the store.
* You will work in and be responsible for a safety-first environment, where you will actively promote safe practices and information to all and assist the store manager where necessary with any internal tasks.
* You will have the opportunity to make a difference by bringing new ideas and improvements to the store.
* As part of this role, there will be an element of manual handling and forklift driving, but full training will be provided by us, with the sufficient equipment to support you in doing the job safely.
* Please note this role will cover our Basildon, Enfield, and Ipswich stores, so you will be required to travel to those locations when required.
