As part of the Sales Administration team of 6, you will be working closely with the sales team and trade customers, processing orders, arranging deliveries and being first point of contact for any queries. Duties of the Sales Administrator: Account Managing clients, processing orders, arranging deliveries and returns. Updating the system, raising invoices & credit notes. As first point of contact for the business you'll be handling customer queries, checking prices, and handling any delivery issues. You'll be responsible for shipping and intrastat paperwork, completing customer declarations and VAT and working with the logistics companies to ensure the products go out from the warehouses in Europe. Providing good customer service and keeping the customer updated on delivery times.
