Your New Role :
We’ve titled this role Junior Product Manager to attract the right type of candidates, but this role is actually the Product Experience Lead position within LivedCX. As the Product Experience Lead, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative technology and our customers' needs. You will be involved in UI design, customer feedback integration, product roadmap planning, and pre-sales support. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a company at the forefront of CX and EX optimisation.
Your New Responsibilities :
1. UI Design & Prototyping: Leverage your expertise in Figma to create intuitive user interfaces, adhering to Figma guidelines and ensuring a seamless user experience.
2. Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers, collect feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
3. Product Roadmap Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to prioritise and refine roadmap items based on business and user needs.
4. Tool & Workflow Management: Use Productboard as the central tool for managing product activities and maintain a working knowledge of Jira or other agile development tools.
5. Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in showcasing product features and benefits to prospective customers, ensuring a smooth and informed sales process.
What We're Looking For :
1. A graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, UI / UX, or a related field.
2. A keen interest in Product Management, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
3. Proficiency in Figma with a solid understanding of design principles.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive mindset with a willingness to take direction, learn, and develop in a structured environment.
