* Leading engineering specialist.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Management Team. Duties will include:
* Support Management Team: Assist the Management Team with various tasks and queries, ensuring they have everything they need to operate efficiently.
* Diary & Time Management: Organize and manage schedules, both your own and for others, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.
* Task Coordination: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet business needs.
* Software Utilisation: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) to perform daily tasks.
