Job Role: As a distributor, all sales enquiries are B2B, mostly processing orders for trades people with credit accounts. Answering the phone and dealing with sales enquires Processing sales orders taken via email, phone or via the company website. Compiling detailed quotes for customers. Communicating with internal departments, for example, warehouse, transport, accounts etc… Requirements: Previous experience of working in a sales busy office Excellent customer service skills, ability to build good rapport with customers. Fun, friendly, professional personality, able to get on well with colleagues and customers alike. Excellent attention to detail and methodical. Good mathematical skills. A passion to learn the job and the products, Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, with one hour each day for lunch.
