Job Purpose: Provide a Social Work Service to children and families affected by disability, including children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This will include specific activities in relation to children who are or require to be accommodated and to the protection of children. It also includes providing a service to vulnerable young people in transition to adulthood and to adult services.
CQSW, Dip SW, CSS or approved equivalent professional qualification in Social Work, and current Social Worker registration with SSSC
You must be able to travel effectively and efficiently between various locations to meet the operation requirements of the service
