About you:
You will lead the shared service for our UK & Ireland employees, while collaborating with the Global ES Leads. Key responsibilities include supporting the team in delivering exceptional employee service and driving operational excellence through evolving and creating new processes to support our scale and growth. You will monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and work closely with stakeholders across ES, Finance, and IT to support business initiatives and projects, along with ensuring global alignment and supporting onboarding new geographic teams.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Lead Operations, Employee Relations, and Executive Assistant teams, ensuring high-level service delivery for UK & Ireland employees via self-service solutions.
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, focusing on delivering a great experience and identifying improvement opportunities.
3. Effectively manage team resources to meet SLAs, adapt to business needs, and provide day-to-day support, guidance, and development for team members.
4. Oversee continuous process improvements, handle escalations, and ensure compliance with external audits and accreditation standards.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. Proven leadership in managing service delivery teams in a shared service HR environment, supporting around 4,000 employees.
2. Strong expertise in HR operations, process improvements, and working cross-functionally with Finance and IT.
3. Experience delivering exceptional customer service, resolving escalations, and managing complex issues in fast-paced, global environments.
4. Skilled in project management, organisational tasks, and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
