Are you an experienced leader in veterinary medicine? A unique opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Director at Lynton Vets. You will be based at Woking with travel across the other 2 sites.
The role will typically be a split of - 65% clinical, 35% non-clinical.

As the Clinical Director, you will lead our dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Overseeing clinical operations and team management of the vets in practice, implementing best practice in veterinary medicine, supporting the development of staff, coaching and mentoring the junior vets in practice, working alongside the Practice Manager on the day-to-day running of the clinic as well as being involved in clinical benchmarking, financial performance, and decision-making for the business.
Clinical Responsibilities
Working across our three branches with various 1st opinion caseloads including dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, elective surgeries, emergency surgeries as well as consults in practice.

This is a Full-Time position, offering the opportunity to enjoy a superb work/life balance with a 4-day week, no out of hours, 2:6 weekends (Saturday shifts are from 8:00am-4:00pm and 9am to 12pm). We want to make it easy for you to strike the right balance; therefore, we are happy to discuss a flexible rota pattern to suit you. Whether you are looking to fix or flex or are needing condensed working days, we are happy to discuss. We would also welcome part-time applicants.
Who we are
We are a long-established, Small Animal Veterinary Group. As a progressive practice, we recently relocated to our brand new, purpose-built practice in Woking and continue to invest to refurbish and equip our other 2 practices to the same high standard.
The practice maintains state-of-the-art clinical equipment such as dental radiography, Virtual Veterinary equipment (VVS) ultrasound scanners, anaesthetic multiparameter, and patient warming equipment. We also have a purpose-built grooming salon at our main site. We have a loyal client base and a gold standard reputation across the local community. We have great transport links to London and the beauty and history of Surrey on our doorstep ready to explore.

Our 6 Veterinary Surgeons are supported by a great team of 8 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 4 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 ANAs, and experienced Receptionists across the Group.
