Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Handover Specialist for our client based in Stafford, ST16, on a permanent basis.
Our client is a prestigious company that deals with luxury motorhomes and has a great reputation amongst their customers. Working in a small team, you will be extremely customer focused with great attention to detail.
Duties will include:
1. Ensure customers have full understanding of controls and functions of their new motorhome
2. Executing lives demonstrations and ensure customer has first class experience
3. Managing delivery schedules
4. Liaising with customers/sales executives and workshop
5. Act as an Ambassador for the company at trade shows
6. Continual excellence in customer service
