Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Customer Handover Specialist for our client based in Stafford, ST16, on a permanent basis.
Our client is a prestigious company that deals with luxury motorhomes and has a great reputation amongst their customers. Working in a small team, you will be extremely customer focused with great attention to detail.
Duties will include:
* Ensure customers have full understanding of controls and functions of their new motorhome
* Executing lives demonstrations and ensure customer has first class experience
* Managing delivery schedules
* Liaising with customers/sales executives and workshop
* Act as an Ambassador for the company at trade shows
* Continual excellence in customer service
