You would be responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of residents, supporting staff, and promoting independence.
Strong Knowledge of CQC Requirements is essential.
Acorn Lodge Care Home in Hackney East London is looking for an experienced leader like you, drawing on your expertise in managing all aspects of the home, ensuring it runs as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and professional performance targets.
Providing person-centred care, delivering excellent quality outcomes, and supporting our residents and teams is very important to us. We are looking for someone who can really shine and make a difference by demonstrating warmth and leadership.
You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and promoting independence by meeting residents’ personal, psychological, and social care needs. You will be the focal point for family, resident, and professional contact in the home.
Your team will be extremely important too, as you will provide inspirational leadership and daily management. You will undertake regular staff recruitment, embedding an open culture to empower your staff to be the best team possible, always demonstrating our values of being Proud, Supportive, and Caring.
It is essential for this position that you hold a current NMC pin.
