Position: Reward Analyst
Department: Human Resources
Reporting to: Manager of Reward
Job Summary
As a member of the European Reward team, the Reward Analyst supports the development, implementation, and administration of Compensation and Benefits policies and programs across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conducts market reviews and benchmarking analysis by collecting relevant data from multiple sources.
2. Performs detailed data analysis, modelling, and evaluation exercise and prepares accurate reports to support compensation related decision making.
3. Supports the development of Salary Structures and Ranges and maintains the Country Job Matrices.
4. Supports the annual compensation programs, systems and processes across Europe, including, but not limited to, pay reviews, long- and short-term incentive plans and stock option administration.
5. Monitors and supports compliance with the European Pay Transparency Directive, keeping up to date with country specific reporting requirements and assisting in the development of transparency-related compensation processes.
6. Supports with the salary and benefits survey process, including representation at the regional surveys meetings and job matching sessions; submission and verification of the data, and results analysis using appropriate tools and software.
7. Conducts job evaluations using tools such as the Towers Watson Global Grading System.
8. Supports ad hoc projects and other Reward initiatives.
9. Supports the European benefits programmes.
10. Develops effective working relationship with HRBPs, the HR community, the business managers, global comp team, third party providers and competitive C&B contacts.
11. Acts as a point of contact for Reward related queries, ensuring timely and accurate support to internal stakeholders.
Key Skills, Behaviours, Knowledge & Experience
1. Degree Level or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in compensation and benefits required.
3. Another European language an advantage.
4. High level of numeracy and statistics.
5. Knowledge of job evaluation.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Organised, accurate and with very strong focus on attention to detail.
8. Ability to use initiative, generating innovative ideas and providing effective solutions.
9. Able to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs.
10. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
11. HR Information Systems experience desirable.
12. Advanced Excel skills essential.
13. Ability to handle highly confidential data without prejudice.
14. Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business and work circumstances.
