Your Education, Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally in a professional service or complex B2B client-facing environment.
* A-Level educated with previous experience in a professionally related field such as Marketing, Sales or similar disciplines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to demonstrate critical thinking, lateral thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
* Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
* Originate new business revenue by executing the Client Acquisition and Development strategy, collaborating with the broader Partner & Director teams to drive growth.
* Enhance the Dains market presence and brand awareness by leveraging Key Business Influences (KBI’s) and building strong relationships within the industry.
* Foster and maintain strategic relationships with the Client Acquisition Team, stakeholders, partners, directors and key business influencers to support business objectives.
* Conduct competitor analysis, track market trends and gather actionable insights to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
* Develop a robust referral network, driving lead generation and support business expansion.
* Play a key role in the development and execution of strategic business plans, contributing to our long-term growth objectives.
