Fast paced café/restaurant is seeking a Catering Manager to deliver excellent food, service, and a great experience for all their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a varied team within a busy restaurant/café.
2. Be sales driven, achieving company targets & budgets, and ensuring all legal compliance is achieved.
3. Manage kitchen and front-of-house operations effectively.
4. Utilize an EPOS till system.
5. Ensure high standards of cooking skills and food presentation.
6. Maintain appropriate menu offerings at all times with a high level of presentation in a hygienic and safe environment.
7. Manage waste and budgets with good margin control.
8. Provide excellent customer service in a restaurant environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong leadership skills.
2. Experience in kitchen and front-of-house management.
3. Understanding of an EPOS till system.
4. Passion for customer service and business management skills.
