Job summary Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Domestic Services Operational Manager to lead our domestic and housekeeping team. This key leadership role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control, supporting a safe and hygienic hospital environment. In this role, you will be part of the Operational Management Team, managing a team of circa 422 domestic staff across multiple healthcare sites. You will oversee the day-to-day management of staff, ensuring service delivery meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgetary targets. As the link between our frontline team and healthcare professionals, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
