Essentials Duties
1. Lead the Parts Team to be respond proactively and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
2. Proactively drive parts volume growth and engage with our customers
3. Recruit, train, motivate and support the performance of the parts team
4. Lead sales efforts, including telemarketing, to keep in contact with customers and pro-actively sell. Ensure the same high-quality level of service provided to customers is also provided to internal dealership customers, by working with the Service/Workshop managers to ensure a timely turnaround of parts
