We are currently recruiting for AO's based in Strangford. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Duration: 3 Months with review
Hours of work : Full time 37 Hours per week
Rate of pay: £12.59 ph
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all files are kept up-to-date and stored securely accurately
* Ensure that all invoices are processed and completed within the time limit.
* Ensure that all monthly finance figures are collated and forwarded to the Finance officer within the allotted time frame.
* Ensure that Passenger Count Database is up-dated daily to enable management to reconcile monthly vehicle and passenger statistics.
* Ensure that all Non Payment Reminder letters are issued within the allotted time frame and system up-dated accordingly.
* Ensure that all daily reconciliations are completed correctly and efficiently in line with audit requirements .
* Ensure that all petty cash transactions are recorded and authorised in line with audit guidelines.
* Up-date computer systems when required
*General office duties will also required,
*Dealing with the public via emails and telephone calls,
*Issuing post, and updating correspondence register,

Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* 3 GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
* 6 months admin experience is required.
( Proof of certs required )
* Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to use own initiative.
Desired Criteria
* Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle for travel to and from Strangford Ferry Terminal when required.
