An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to join an Employment Law and HR Business based in Cheadle Hulme. You will be supporting the Managing Director and the team by providing an efficient and effective administrative service across all aspects of the operation.

As Secretary, some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Word processing - auto numbering, document preparation, setting of templates essential
2. Overseeing the day-to-day functions concerning the office
3. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
4. Creating and maintaining filing systems
5. Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
6. Organising travel for staff
7. Using a variety of software packages, such as Leap, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
8. Working successfully with the companys CRM system
9. Devising and maintaining office systems and processes
10. Booking rooms and conference facilities
