Our client in London is looking for a Client Services Administrator to join their busy firm. You will provide first class administration to the client services team and support the firm in delivering high quality, independent advice to clients. Competencies: Excellent attention to detail Highly organised, methodical, disciplined Able to prioritise Proactive approach Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales Team player and able to work under own initiative Enquiring mindset Flexible, driven and determined Excellent communication skills Business and commercial awareness Specific Tasks/ Responsibilities: Administrative: Gathering data and preparing client valuations each month; Liaising with product providers to obtain plan information, illustrations, and other details, as required (for new clients and existing); Scheduling annual and half-yearly client reviews and supporting team to gather information for the reports; Liaising with the implementation team, and product providers, to monitor and progress client transfers and post-transaction reporting; Ensuring client management system is kept up to date by inputting client data into the back-office system (currently Adviser Office); Ensuring client files are up to date, complete and tidy (and include current AML documentation); Ensuring reports are bound and dispatched to clients in a timely manner and Managing the team diary for client and prospect meetings and supporting meeting preparation as required. Acquiring knowledge of business procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance by adhering to company procedures Gaining an understanding of and adhering to the ethos, culture, and purpose of the Company Undertake appropriate professional development and training
