An exciting opportunity is now available for aSenior Catering Managerat Rossall School.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, organisation and development of all the food and beverage services at the School in the most efficient and cost-effective way, whilst meeting and endeavouring to exceed customer expectations, and in accordance with all Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
The main areas of responsibility are as follows:
* Rossall School pupil and staff dining service (including delivered Nursery and Infant meals)
* Hospitality for visiting teams and parents.
* Internal hospitality and dining.
* External lets business during School holiday periods.
* Mondos Cafe
Key objectives
To successfully manage the delivery of the highest possible standards of food and service to the pupils, staff, parents, visitors and customers at all services at all times within pre-agreed budgetary targets.
To continuously develop the catering service for the School through the introduction of innovation and interest; being mindful that all new innovation must be to the benefit of the health and well-being of the pupils and staff and the promotion of a healthy well balanced lifestyle.
To prepare a detailed Annual Budget against which the Catering Department will be reviewed monthly, and support the Director of Operation with regard to a rolling program of capital equipment and expenditure plan.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Catering Manager who has operated a large catering facility.
The Senior Catering Manager will be encouraged to live on site, in subsidised accommodation, and become part of the Rossall community.
