What You’ll Be Doing:
* Project Management: Oversee the workflow of all creative projects, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring tasks are prioritized and allocated efficiently among team members.
* Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the creative team and other departments (e.g., marketing, product, or client services), ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
* Resource Allocation: Work with creative freelancers to allocate appropriate resources (time, personnel, tools) based on project demands and deadlines.
* Budgetary control: Ensure freelance costs are accurately forecast and monitored.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all creative work meets high-quality standards and aligns with the company’s brand guidelines. Attend press passes and final sign-off.
* Hiring Freelancers: hire high-calibre designers, illustrators, and photographers as required
* Creative Briefs: Ensure that all creative briefs are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with project goals, working closely with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
* Traffic Control: Monitor and track the status of all creative deliverables, addressing any bottlenecks or issues to keep projects on track.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders regarding the progress of projects.
What We’re Looking For:
* Relevant qualification in a creative or managerial field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a traffic manager, project manager, or in a similar role within a creative environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) and other collaboration platforms.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control and consistency.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Attributes:
* Previous experience in a creative agency or marketing department.
* Understanding of digital and traditional marketing processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
We offer an annual salary of up to £45,000 for this on-site position in London.
