As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. 1. You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
2. You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively
3. Strong stakeholder management skills
4. You’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
5. Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
6. Experience working with teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required
