You’ll need a great attitude, flexibility, team play, administration skills and a strong understanding of customer service - phone and email. Providing excellent customer service, logistics and operational support to the business and customers via the phone and email!

The Role:
* Dealing with correspondence, phone calls and queries
* Customer service to provide for customers and work with customer service team in China
* Responsible for handling all orders from customers Order to Cash
* Close relationship with sales team
* Helping managing bookkeeping
* Accounts payables
* Accounts receivables
* VAT returns (in various Western Europe countries)
* Managing offices space and facilities, dealing with contracts with suppliers and insurance companies, health and safety policies, ordering stationery and furniture
* Freight purchasing assistance
* Monitoring staff travels with travel agent.
