Job Description
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
* Monitoring the accounts inbox
* Manage financial transactions and records
* Inputting invoices onto SAP - Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
* Producing driver timesheets
* General administration
* Support with H&S
* Managing supplier portals for orders
* Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
* Assist the senior staff members with various tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Previous strong finance administration experience
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
* Excellent organisational abilities.
* Professional attitude to work.
