* Prepare and present breakfast, buffet, and meals to high quality standards
* Supervise staff, maintain cleanliness, and prevent cross-contamination
* Prepare mise-en-place, assist with guest queries, and ensure food quality
* Contribute to cost control, improve gross profit margins, and meet departmental targets
* Maintain good working relationships, report maintenance and hygiene issues, and comply with hotel security and health regulations
* Be environmentally aware
* Previous hotel or similar experience required
* Passion for food and mature customer manner
* Team player with knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
