Key Responsibilities: Support executive leadership with strategic planning and day-to-day management of the business. Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, driving profitability and business growth. Develop and deliver effective sales and business development strategies to strengthen market presence. Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales and operational teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Oversee service delivery standards, ensuring operational excellence across all areas. Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and key presentations. Flexibility to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas to support business objectives. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role supporting C-suite or executive-level operations. Demonstrated success in sales, business development and client relationship management. Experience managing full P&L responsibility within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Commercially astute with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working within a growth-oriented and design-led business environment. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
