Requirements
* You’re a marketer who’s experienced in managing B2B and B2C events. Highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive when managing multiple projects at once, overseeing conferences, webinars, roundtable dinners, student fairs, and OOH marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
* (Desirable) Deep understanding and working knowledge of Hubspot.
* You’ve got experience managing marketing software platforms, including CRM and CMS systems, to streamline operations, improve workflows, and support campaign execution.
* (Desirable) Experience with business analytics tools such as PowerBI.
* You’re eager to take ownership of end-to-end event and campaign planning, optimising processes, and ensuring every marketing initiative is executed seamlessly and on time.
* (Desirable) Experience writing email communications.
* You have previous experience coordinating and delivering large-scale events, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring every detail—venue, speakers, logistics, and promotions—is flawlessly executed.
* (Desirable) You’ve successfully organised events that cater specifically to senior leaders, ensuring everything is top-notch and tailored to a high standard of professionalism and quality.
* You’re confident when optimising marketing workflows within CRM and CMS systems, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging marketing platforms to improve campaign effectiveness.
* (Desirable) Industry knowledge would be highly advantageous, enabling you to hit the ground running.
* You’re happiest when an event or campaign runs smoothly, attendees are engaged, and every element—from venue setup to post-event follow-up—is executed to perfection.
* You’re a proactive and strong written and verbal communicator with fantastic time management and problem-solving skills, allowing you to anticipate potential challenges and resolve them before they impact deadlines.
* You understand how to set up and run project management systems in a way that makes it easy for all team members to track deadlines, stay focused on top priorities, and keep work moving smoothly.
* You’re a natural at juggling multiple projects, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring all moving parts come together for a successful event or campaign.
* You are happy getting stuck in with everything from venue scouting and vendor coordination to event promotion, budgeting, and on-the-day logistics.
* You enjoy collaborating across teams, you are a people person while also being self-motivated to keep projects and tasks on track with little guidance.
* You don’t need to have experience in every type of event or campaign we run, although you do need a strong track record in project management, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in fast-paced environments.
What the job involves
* You’ll own and maintain our marketing software platforms, including CRM and CMS systems, ensuring they are streamlined, maintained, and optimised for operational success.
* You’ll help manage our CRM data on Hubspot, maintaining data quality, refining workflows, and ensuring accuracy across marketing efforts.
* You’ll manage our CMS, ensuring that webpage and blog content is correctly inputted and maintained to meet our content deadlines.
* Our company hosts one annual conference, four roundtable dinners and four webinars annually, and you’ll be instrumental in managing pre-event logistics, from coordinating speakers to securing venues, software setup, finalising guest lists and selecting suppliers.
* You’ll be responsible for on-the-day event management for our roundtable dinners and annual conference, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
* You’ll use project management software to track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
* You’ll allocate resources effectively, and be central in ensuring that we use our team’s time and budget to deliver maximum impact.
* You’ll coordinate customer interviews—arranging dates, and interviews between customers and copywriters, and input the signed-off copy into our CMS system.
* You’ll drive forward collaboration with copywriters, designers, and developers to ensure that web pages, email campaigns, event banners, and social media assets are delivered on time.
* You’ll analyse data and create reports to highlight operational inefficiencies and suggest areas for continuous improvement.
* You’ll own the process of collating data from various marketing software platforms, presenting key insights to the wider team.
* We’re building a team focused on delivering growth which includes Marketing, Customer Success and Business Development, so you’ll be expected to work across multiple departments, collecting requirements from different stakeholders and problem-solving across functions.
