Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the main point of contact for team members regarding day-to-day tasks and deadlines.
* Training and supporting new employees, identifying development needs, and reporting to the Operations Manager.
* Preparing documentation for client meetings, including regulatory forms and provider literature.
* Communicating with clients and advisers to update on task progress and resolve queries.
* Managing case submissions, compliance monitoring, and pipeline tracking.
* Preparing files for Paraplanning, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
