RELOcruitment are delighted to be working alongside an award-winning Removals & Storage Firm. They provide professional removals and storage solutions all over the globe.
They are now looking for a Sales Consultant based in Kent to carry out video and field-based sales.
The main purpose of the role is to grow and develop territory revenue for existing and new service lines within the brand image and deliver profitable revenue with margin expectation.
As a field and video Sales Consultant, you'll assist customers who have shown an interest in moving with our client, developing a strong relationship and instant rapport.
It's important that you understand customers and that moving can be a daunting experience - your natural approach will ensure that customers are at ease when making important decisions.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within the Removals industry. Although sales experience in relatable industries will also be considered.
Initially, you will be in the office 5 days a week conducting video surveys, and once fully trained, you will also carry out site surveys 1 day a week.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate professional and responsible selling at all times.
2. Build strong relationships with customers.
3. Upsell and introduce partner revenue streams.
4. Liaise with business partners to develop future relationships.
5. Work within the framework of a dynamic sales team both selling from site and on video.
6. Liaise closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams.
7. Be prepared to get involved at every opportunity.
KPI's:
1. Achieve annual revenue targets.
2. Sales productivity target.
3. Quarterly sales reviews - conversions/margins/revenue targets.
4. Salesperson of the year.
5. Sales activity league.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
1. Previous successful field/video sales experience.
2. Good negotiating and influencing skills.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
5. Ability to understand both customer and competitive environment.
6. Good networking skills.
7. Commercial awareness.
8. PC and IT literate including Excel.
