Nursing Home RGN NIGHT SHIFTS 36 HRS PER WEEK We are recruiting on behalf of a family-run, community-driven care provider with award-winning homes and a compassionate team that provides person-centred care. The successful applicant will: Have a current NMC registration, and more than 2 years of experience. Good knowledge of the latest clinical practices. Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care. Use technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records. Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored following the company procedures and policies and in accordance with current legislation and the NMC/CQC guidelines. Utilise clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner whilst providing guidance and support to all team members. Create well-thought through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks. Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better. And, whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else.
