* Take ownership to ensure all work and changes to the infrastructure are performed in such a way as to minimise disruption to existing business use.
* Installing, configuring Cisco Catalyst/Meraki switches
* Configuring, patching and maintaining VMWare hosts whilst minimising system downtime
* Maintaining systems in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials plus
* Support, install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP and Cisco Switches and Routers
* Patch management, software management and automation using SCCM
* Responsible for implementing, designing, supporting and maintaining the infrastructure for the office applications and services across on-premises and cloud environment
