We are looking for a Bank Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional clinical care, lead by example, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for residents. This flexible role allows you to work shifts that suit your lifestyle, while being part of a dedicated and professional team.

Your Role as a Bank Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver expert clinical care, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred support. You will lead the care team during your shifts, overseeing the well-being of residents and ensuring their needs are met. You will develop and implement personalised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. You will monitor health conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. You will create a positive, nurturing atmosphere, promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Who We’re Looking For
* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* A passion for delivering exceptional care and improving the lives of residents
* Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support the care team
* A compassionate and professional approach, with a commitment to dignity and respect
* Care home experience is beneficial but not essential – what matters is your dedication and enthusiasm
