Key Responsibilities:

* Behavioural Guidance: Assist in managing classroom behaviour to create a positive and conducive learning atmosphere.
* Resource Management: Help prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.
* Activity Supervision: Supervise students during activities, break times, and other school events.
* Special Needs Support: Offer dedicated support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they receive appropriate assistance.
Requirements:
* Experience: Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
* Qualifications: A relevant educational or childcare qualification is preferred.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
* Empathy and Patience: A caring and patient attitude towards working with children.

* DBS Check: A current enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
