As our People Technology partner, you'll have the opportunity to optimize our HR technology, improve data accuracy, and enhance HR processes for our international workforce. Your role will build positive relationships to translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable solutions, with data sets for practical reporting. This role offers breadth and variety, in an environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities System Implementation and Optimization: Lead global implementation, integration, and optimization of HR systems, including HRSD and Sage People. Project Leadership: Lead HRIS projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Data Management and Compliance: Develop data management strategies, ensure GDPR compliance, and maintain high-quality data. Collaboration and Process Improvement: Align execution with broader roadmap planning and streamline HR processes. Training and Support: Develop user guides and training materials, and act as a senior point of escalation for people systems. Vendor Management: Handle relationships with HRIS vendors and ensure high-quality service delivery. Reputation and Adoption: Promote the adoption of people technology across the organization. About you You are an authority in HR technologies, able to balance a hands-on approach to implementation, with a longer-term view on developing our technology roadmap. Ideally your technology experience will come from the larger HRIS platforms, and how they integrate with other systems such as payroll, learning management, etc. You have an analytical flare and the ability to use data to tell a story. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience in an international HR/business environment are helpful. Emphasizing a focus on improvement, you showcase impressive organization skills and resourcefulness. This is an agile environment, so you won't be phased by change. Above all, you are a collaborator.
