IT Support Engineer

* Salary up to £200.00 per day
* Inside IR35 opportunity
* 6 months in length initially
* Wakefield based client, site visits will be required
Based out of our Wakefield office, we’re a close-knit technical team with a passion for technical excellence and ensuring we love life as we deliver it.
What you will be doing?
* You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, via remote and onsite methods.
* You will deliver excellent technical support, adhering to agreed SLA’s.
* Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.
* Form part of our team, delivering technical support services.
We need you to have:
* Proven technical support experience with Microsoft technologies.
* An enhanced DBS check which is on the Update platform.
* Experience working on a Service Desk/providing remote support.
* Customer-centric view, ensuring we can deliver for them.
It’s nice to have:
* Microsoft certifications.
* Education sector experience.
