Salary: NJC Scale 4, Points 7-10 (£27,855 to £29,139 FTE)
Actual Salary: £23,155 per annum depending on experience
35 hours over 39 weeks per annum
Working hours 8.15am-4.15pm
Langley Park School for Girls is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Coach to join our fantastic team of Cover Teachers to cover classes for short term absence of teaching staff. You will additionally play a key role in delivering Sports Coaching within our enrichment programme of after-school activities, working with an outstanding PE department committed to sporting excellence and opportunity.
This postholder will support teaching staff in delivering the highest quality learning experiences, in order that all our students achieve their potential. This role involves working across many departments and across the age range. Our students are ambitious and well behaved, making this role perfect for anyone who enjoys working within a school community.
You will be required to cover a range of subjects from Years 7 to 11, including overseeing the completion of set work and managing the behaviour of students.
Although experience and qualifications will be an advantage, first and foremost we wish to appoint the right people to complement our team. The successful applicants will have access to on-site training and support.
