Job Title: Implementation Project Manager Location: North Wales, LL17 (Hybrid – 2 days in office a week) Salary : £40k - £50k plus benefits including income protection, life assurance and medical Our client, a specialist SaaS solution provider based in North Wales, are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join their service team on a hybrid basis.Reporting to the Group Operations and Program Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of specific projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all clients & stakeholders. Implementation Project Manager Skills / Background - Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the IT sector Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and software (e.g. MS Project) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time. Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures Full UK Driving License Implementation Project Manager Role Responsibilities – Develop and update project scope documents and detailed project work plans. Clarify all assumptions and inform the team of their roles and responsibilities throughout the project. Manage the budget, monitor progress, and minimise risks. Produce and distribute regular project status reports and conduct regular status meetings with the project team. Present regular high-level reports at project steering meetings Ensure excellent client experience by monitoring and controlling project progress and overseeing project change control and issue resolution processes. Determine skill requirements and identify required resources, monitor the overall performance of project team members and delegate responsibilities to project team members. Co-ordinate milestone deliverable sign-off, implement appropriate corrective actions when progress deviates from the plan, and provide assistance, advice and support to other team members as necessary.
