Job Title: IFA Administrator (Client Account Executive)
Location: Sheffield Office-based (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum

Main Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team. The role involves supporting the report writing and administrative processes to ensure our clients are confident, informed, and well-served in their investment and financial decisions. You will work closely with senior team members to produce compliant reports and ensure smooth, efficient service across all client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the advice process by attending meetings and discussing matters with the Investment Director, Business Manager, Client Account Supervisor, Consultants, and Financial Advisers.
* Manage and support the Report Writing Process, ensuring consistency and compliance across all clients.
* Produce recommendation reports, conduct research, and maintain compliant client files in line with current regulations.
* Process new business requests accurately and take ownership of tasks through to completion.
* Contribute to the production of management information for Directors and the wider management team.
* Ensure that client records and files are updated correctly and in a timely manner.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth communication and assist with processing in other areas as needed.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationship skills.
* Ensure all client data is stored securely and in compliance with data protection laws.
* Adhere to the firm’s policies and procedures, including health and safety, TCF (Treating Customers Fairly), and vulnerable client policies.
