Our team in the London borough of Wandsworth is recruiting for a Substance Misuse Team Leader to join our management team in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group. We Are With You is part of a consortium with SLaM NHS Trust, St Mungos and CDARS. This post requires excellent leadership skills to work innovatively and confidently, supporting staff in high performing recovery work, overseeing quality assurance and safeguarding, and with the capacity to work within competing demands and tight timescales.
The Wandsworth drug and alcohol service is based in Battersea and is located 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station, which has a busy local shopping district. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this position is £26,000 - £37,700 per annum plus an Inner London Weighting of £2,759 per annum.
