Your next big opportunity awaits Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria: 5 yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor. Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area. Established track record in Commercial Management and Contracts. Highly proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Expertise in business planning, forecasting, and managing profit and loss accounts. Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships, including clients and subcontractors. Civils/ Utilities construction experience or similar An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets. To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings As Senior Quantity Surveyor Reporting to the Commercial Manager Advise on contractual matters – general and project level Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports Reporting on budgets and variations Negotiate and agree subcontractors What you’ll get in return The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be £50,000, fuel card, pension as well as excellent annual leave and health insurance.
