Job Description
Manufacturing Project Managers… Assemble! We’re working with a company who not only have a very good reputation in their field of work but really are beginning to go places and they’re going places fast!
With the amount of projects they have on at the moment, they’re looking for a Project Manager to help manage these.
If you’ve managed projects within a manufacturing environment for a couple of years elsewhere, you know what it takes. Ideally, you’ll be someone who loves to get stuck in, get involved and ultimately someone who can ‘get stuff done’.
The role itself will involve some customer interface, so a confident & professional attitude is a must. Also, you’ll need to possess good attention to detail and be someone who is happy to spin multiple plates at any given time.
You’ll work in Watton, Norfolk – it’s a busy town but public transport is limited, so you’ll need your own car to get there and back. You’ll sit within a team of 5, collaborating with various departments across the business to ensure projects are delivered on time & are fit for purpose. This means there are plenty of people nearby that you can ask for help if you need it.
If you care about such things, you might like to know that the company is a growing force. Throughout the pandemic, they’ve gotten busier & busier. They’re also a global business, which explains why there are plenty of opportunities to move on.
By the way, if you’re wondering if you need qualifications, don’t worry. Your personality is more important than your exam results. Project Management experience here is key. If you hold specific manufacturing project management experience and have a can-do attitude, you’ll fit in just fine here.
