Procurement Manager – Technology Infrastructure
Location: Hertfordshire or London (3 days a week)
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 + 20% Bonus + private healthcare + matched pension up 7.5% + additional Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager – Technology to join a leading organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of technology procurement. This role focuses on delivering strategic sourcing and supplier management across infrastructure, hardware and telecoms.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead procurement for technology infrastructure, including self-service checkouts, tills, PDAs, scanners, and storage solutions.
* Negotiate high-value contracts for telecommunications services, such as customer Wi-Fi, mobile connectivity, and call centre solutions.
* Support cloud and workplace technology strategies by negotiating software licensing and cloud consumption agreements.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to drive cost efficiencies and supplier performance.
* Develop and implement category strategies to enhance value, minimise costs, and drive innovation.
* Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and procurement policies, supporting risk management and best practice sourcing.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive procurement experience within technology infrastructure, hardware, and telecoms.
* Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering value through procurement.
* Ideally have led negotiations with the likes of VMWare, Microsoft, HP, Juniper, Telefonica, etc.
* Experience in supplier relationship management and category planning.
* Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
* A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex procurement projects.
