The Channel Sales Director leads efforts to drive sales growth and foster strong relationships with partners. This position involves creating and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Channel Sales Director plays a key role in achieving sales objectives and contributing to the organization's overall success.
What will you be doing?
Drive revenue growth by managing sales performance and building strong OEM partner relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
Analyze market trends to identify growth areas and enhance OEM value propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive plans and achieve sales objectives.
Monitor progress, forecast revenue, and report on performance to senior leadership.
Cultivate strong, trust-based partnerships with OEMs.
Align goals through joint business planning and open communication.
Address partner needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the OEM partner network.
Develop strategic proposals and initiatives to drive growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.
Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve goals.
Foster collaboration, a high-performing team and continuous improvement.
Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and lead negotiations with OEM partners.What will you ideally bring to the role?
At least 10 years of experience in sales management or business development, specializing in OEM channels, with a proven history of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
Extensive knowledge of the door hardware industry and OEM ecosystem.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively.
University degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Expertise in negotiation, closing deals, and managing contracts and deal structures.
Ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial metrics to guide strategic decisions.
A customer-focused approach, dedicated to providing excellent service and support.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.Why should I apply?
