The role of Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing customer service and technical help on the machinery and management systems, providing helpdesk support to national and international customers and clients, and completing reports or documentation after visits.
This is an exciting position for someone who is looking to join a developing company who are scaling the market. There is hybrid and flexible working with an average of two days a week on site.
Technical Support Engineer requirements:
Experience in a similar position
Industry knowledge in one of the following disciplines: Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical engineering (desirable)
Experience in hydraulics (desirable)
Organisational skills
Good communication skills
Good customer service ability
