Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects specifically relating to cyber security. Working with our team across IT and Security, you will establish and ratify requirements, as well as initiating, structuring and leading projects of variable risk and complexity through to completion. You will maintain stakeholder engagements with key individuals at a senior level across the organisation, resolving issues and making recommendations to mitigate project delays.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of PPM initiatives, working across group and local functions within agreed budget and timelines.
2. Manage related project budget and deliver high quality service transition into BAU.
3. Manage key stakeholders, owning the project communication and alignment between the business and technology team at management and project levels.
4. Ensure all projects meet the gate or check point criteria as set out in company project governance framework.
5. Accountable for Integration, Implementation, rollout strategy and communication to stakeholders.
6. Responsible for creating and maintaining a project RAID log and liaising with the corporate risk register owner for those items applicable at that level.
7. Responsible for identifying owning departments of tasks and obtaining alignment across resource and cost needs.
8. Responsible for identifying owners of tasks within project plan and ensuring tasks are completed on time and on budget.
9. Delivering regular stakeholder reports.
10. Maintaining contact plan with all internal stakeholders and ensuring all are aware of project scope and progress.
What We're Looking For:
Established experience in delivering projects in complex environments, preferably with experience of cyber security.
Sound written and verbal communication skills, with experience of delivering briefs and presentations.
Sound experience of working with Microsoft Office and project tools such as Microsoft Project.
The ability to work independently; this role is primarily remote working.
Previous security clearance is desirable but not essential.
