We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join our busy resales and lettings team.
About the role
Our Customer Advisors are the first point of contact for customers enquiring to Pegasus Homes seeking to find out more about buying or renting at one of our communities. Your role will build trust, nurture and maintain contact with customers within our significant database to ultimately book qualified viewings for the Regional Customer Advisors to carry out across sites within our portfolio.
You will be home based with attendance to our Winchester based office as required for team meetings.
As our Customer Advisor you will;
* React to inbound enquiries in a timely manner, capturing as much information as possible into the CRM
* Ensure the marketing source is accurately recorded for all new enquiries
* Provide a weekly report on the quality and status of all new enquiries to the Customer Advisor Team Leader
* Delete test leads & general enquiries from Salesforce and raise tickets to merge duplicated records
* Maintain our CRM (Salesforce) with up-to-date, fully qualified information, ensuring tasks are managed to maintain regular contact and re-engaging customers who have not yet committed to viewing one of our communities
* Responsible for creating quality, qualified viewings for the Regional Customer Advisors to carry out
* Work with the Regional Customer Advisors to ensure effective communication and methodical scheduling of viewings in diaries for the most efficient use of time
* Achieve or exceed a target number of outbound calls across a variety of databases as directed, with comprehensive notes of conversations after each contact made
* Use bespoke Salesforce call report lists, reports and dashboards to assist with targeted call outs
* Build a ‘waiting list’ of qualified leads on stand-by for a home at our sold-out communities
* Cross-sell alternative developments that may better meet a customer’s requirements or needs
* Be a product expert, with in-depth knowledge of the services offered by Pegasus Homes (rental, RTB, PX etc)
* Promote Pegasus Homes’ resale service on applicable developments
* As a Customer Advisor team, be the New Voice Media coordinators ensuring all call groups are managed and maintained with diverts put in place where necessary and follow-up
* Organise and balance workload to effectively manage databases and customers across multiple sites
About you
Ideally you'll have property sales experience but we are happy to consider other industry sectors as long as you have a demonstrable track record of success within telephone based sales. You’ll be home based so being comfortable working within a target focused role whilst working independently is essential.
Qualifications
* GCSE’s Grade ‘C’ or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
* A sales qualification is desirable but not essential
* Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle as you will visit other regional offices and developments as required
Skills & Knowledge
* Knowledge of Google Workspace is preferential or an aptitude and willingness to embrace new technology
* Experience of Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent IT skills
* Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
* Organised, efficient and a natural multi-tasker
* Able to prioritise multiple demands on time
* Able to work to deadlines and work under pressure
* Maintains productivity with minimal supervision
* Able to collate, analyse and interpret management information where required
